Just as companies use strategic positioning to attract top talent, professionals must stand out in a fast-paced <a href=\"https:\/\/karrierecoaching.ch\/en\/glossary-labour-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">job market<\/a>. Sought-after specialists compete with one another for the most desirable positions. Being employed at a leading company can strengthen your own market value. That\u2019s why a clear and strategic presentation of your professional identity is key.<\/p>\n<h2>Positioning with substance<\/h2>\n<p>Personal branding isn\u2019t a quick fix. It\u2019s a long-term strategy based on self-reflection: Who am I? What do I stand for? What do I want? These questions are the foundation of a strong brand \u2013 and of a consistent professional identity. Ideally, this positioning is developed in a <a href=\"https:\/\/karrierecoaching.ch\/en\/glossary-personal-and-professional-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personal and professional assessment<\/a>.
