PETER NÄF karrierecoaching is a single company registered in the commercial register of the canton of Zurich (Company information). This means that you always work with the boss himself.
Constancy in cooperation
A successful professional relationship as well as trust and confidence develop from successful collaboration over an extended period of time. The advantage of my business model is that you will always deal with the same person and will be able to build on former collaboration.
Linked up and independent
I am linked but not tied to network-partners. If I do not feel confident with the problem a client presents me with, I always suggest the best alternative supplier I know.
My independence also means that I do not pay kickbacks for clients who are recommended to me and I do not accept kickbacks for clients I recommended to someone else either. My clients’ needs have absolute priority.
Avoidance of interest conflicts
In order to avoid conflicts of interest in coaching my clients, I do not offer job placement services.
Transparency
A high degree of transparency in working with my clients is important to me. That is why I work with comprehensible methods and abstain from personality tests in personal and professional assessments. I explain methods that are more difficult to understand, so that my clients feel safe at all times.
Expertise as a result of specialization
People gain deeper understanding by doing the same things time and again and simultaneously experience them in a new way. For more than 20 years I have been working in the field of career counselling and there is still a lot to discover.
